Thomasson CFP \, BS. Marie is a Financial Advisor of Aequitas Wealth Management. She is a graduate of UCLA in Los Angeles\, California with a degree in Applied Mathematics. She also holds the CFP  (Certified Financial Planner) designation.\nMarie has nearly 13 years of experience in asset management and financial services. Prior to joining Aequitas Wealth Management\, she ran an independent Registered Investment Adviser financial planning firm.  Previously\, at Trust Company of the West (TCW)\, Marie was an institutional fixed income analyst\, overseeing accounts of nearly $6 billion in assets\, as well as creating and maintaining portfolios for multi-strategy fixed income and boutique commodity products. She also participated in the investment committee at TCW.
