Sign up now for BizFed Advocacy Academy's Spring Cohort, Alysia!
If you’ve been looking for a real way to step in, build meaningful relationships and understand how decisions actually get made — this is your opportunity.
Applications are now open for the BizFed Advocacy Academy Spring Cohort, starting April 30.
Hosted in partnership with Sen. Lola Smallwood-Cuevas, this cohort will prioritize applicants from Senate District 28, creating a unique opportunity for leaders in the district to connect directly with the people shaping policy and business across the region.
Through the BizFed Advocacy Academy, you will:
• Connect directly with state and local leaders, including State Senators, policymakers and agency officials
• Gain hands-on advocacy experience — not just theory — and learn how to effectively influence decisions
• Become eligible for a completion stipend, helping remove barriers to participation
You’ll also build a powerful network across business, government and community — and leave with the skills and confidence to make an impact.
Spots are limited, and we’re looking for individuals ready to learn, grow and step into leadership.
