Aja Beard has been in the Hospitality Industry for 26 years and spent 15 years managing and opening new restaurants. Her experience ranges from fine dining to quick service restaurants. Aja earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration at UNLV. As a PCR SBDC advisor, Aja has a passion for restaurant profitability, efficiency, and cleanliness and loves helping restaurants and local businesses thrive.
