Finding Balance with the Chamber - Virtual Session

Do you want to take a break from your current stressors? If so, come level out with the Culver City Chamber by joining us on May 21, 2020 at 5pm for our Finding Balance with the Chamber Virtual Event. Our members CycleBar Culver City, PureBarre Culver City, and Shine From Within will be hosting a free 45 minute evening workout and/or meditation sessions, presented by the Culver City Chamber. This free session, open to Members and Non-Members, will give you the opportunity to either get a nice workout in with CycleBar Culver City or PureBarre Culver City, or a good meditation session with Shine From Within . When registering, please select which session you would like to join. This will be hosted via Zoom and sessions will break out after introductions.

Join Ali, Owner of Pure Barre Culver City for a 30-minute, full-body, low impact, high intensity barre workout for all fitness levels. For class, you will need a set of light weights (soup cans work, too!) a yoga mat for traction and cushion, and a supportive object for balance such as a wall, a flat back chair, or door handle. We recommend wearing comfy workout clothes such as a pair of leggings, a t-shirt or tank top, and a pair of grippy socks if you have them!
