Our Keynote Speakers: Chloé and Maud Arnold
Internationally acclaimed sisters, tap dancers, choreographers, and producers, Chloé and Maud Arnold have redefined tap dance through film, television, and live performance. As founders of the viral Syncopated Ladies, their work has inspired millions worldwide.

Visionary Award – Dr. Michelle Catanzarite, Chief Medical Officer at Achievable Health
Dr. Michelle Catanzarite leads Achievable Health, a pioneering community health center serving individuals with developmental disabilities and vulnerable populations. Her leadership and partnerships have advanced inclusive, high-quality healthcare across the region.

Innovator Award – Sharon Angel, Owner of A North Production
Sharon Angel is an award-winning filmmaker and founder of A North Production, creating powerful documentaries that amplify women’s and children’s voices. Her internationally acclaimed film “The Audacity to Dream” inspires global conversations on education and empowerment.

Julie Lugo Cerra Non-Profit Leader Award – Wendy Hamill, Executive Director of the Culver City Education Foundation
Wendy Hamill leads the Culver City Education Foundation, driving programs that enhance arts, STEM, and wellness education. A longtime community volunteer, she combines business expertise and compassion to strengthen local schools.

Jozelle Smith Trailblazer Award – Denise Ambrosi, Founder of These Hands Maker’s Collective
Denise Ambrosi is the founder of These Hands Maker’s Collective, a creative hub uniting artists and makers through workshops and collaboration. Her passion for community and craftsmanship has transformed a small passion project into a thriving artistic movement.

Founder Award – Leilani Terris, Owner of Lei’d Cookies
Leilani Terris is the founder of Lei’d Cookies, a bakery blending creativity and culture through playful, handcrafted treats. Balancing entrepreneurship and a career in physical therapy, she inspires others to dream big and embrace every opportunity.

Entertainment: 
Vanessa (Yv_Vans) is a Cameroonian Afro dancer and choreographer celebrated for her energetic and culturally rich performances. Now based in the U.S., she’s worked with icons like Mariah Carey and teaches at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy.
