Representatives from New York Life, Protection Point Advisors, Transamerica, John Hancock, and FuturePlan will share critical information and address important questions about relevant deadlines and requirements for the majority of businesses operating in California, whether they are currently offering a retirement plan or not.  They will also discuss the penalties for failing to comply with the current mandates and deadlines.
