Patty Ross is a SCORE volunteer with well over 20 years of experience in marketing and has been in the online space since 1998 where she developed an e-commerce program for a gourmet gift company into a million-dollar business. She is also the owner of Golden State Marketing and California Wine Marketing, which were founded in 2006. She has spent 17 years helping the wine industry gain traction online and has since branched out to help other industries grow their brands including financial, legal, health and beauty, motorsports, landscape design, cbd/cannabis, restaurants, political activism, and non-profits.

AMANDA ENRIQUEZ, Los Angeles BusinessSource Center, MCS

Amanda is a Business Service Coach and Manager with the City’s BusinessSource center in the Harbor Region, which is operated by Managed Career Solutions (MCS). Ms. Enriquez has worked in numerous industries at various different levels which gives her a unique perspective, and allows her to effectively communicate with a wide spectrum of audiences. Amanda is a southern California native with an understanding of multi-cultural, underserved communities.

LAI XU, Los Angeles BusinessSource Center, PACE

After receiving the bachelor's degree and master’s degree of finance from the University of Iowa and University of Connecticut, respectively, Lai has devoted his career to assisting and supporting startups, microenterprises, and small businesses in Los Angeles area. As business loan counselor of PACE Business Development Center, Lai is responsible for client counseling, one-on-one mentoring, loan packaging, access to contracts, and refer to credit/loan counselor. Lai has 6 years of experience assisting more than 300 microenterprises and small business owners to receive more than $2 million of loans and grants. Lai has extensive experience in small business consulting, loan reviewing and packaging, and organizing educational webinar

The L.A. Optimized Accelerator Academy provides businesses e-commerce growth and marketing support through its educational programming with the collaboration of corporate donors, non-profit partners, and subject-matter experts.
