Piccalilli Ribbon Cutting
You're invited to join us for the official ribbon cutting for Piccalilli in Culver City!
About Piccalilli:
Piccalilli offers adventurous diners a unique upscale culinary experience defined by beautifully executed, explosive dishes in a buzzing atmosphere. With more than 20 years of combined experience, from Michelin kitchens to a Mad Max-inspired food truck on the streets of LA, Chef Macks Collins and Chef Bryan Kidwell put a whimsical spin on the traditional fine dining template with influences ranging from the southeastern seaboard to the far Asian seas. Inspired by their time living and cooking in New York’s notorious SoHo neighborhood, where they first met, Chef Collins and Chef Kidwell bring focused execution and an artistic viewpoint to Piccalilli, where they have created a gathering space for the bold, the multicultural and the art-loving. Designed by Alexis Readinger of award-winning hospitality design firm Preen Inc., the corner restaurant offers a vibrant, visually-stunning dining experience with both indoor and outdoor seating. The modern space features accents of sea foam, emerald, brass and cobalt, with illustrations by Vladimir Stankovic, an Australian illustrator and graphic designer whose work combines elements of science, nature and fantasy. In addition, Piccalilli features a hanging tropical metal sculpture by Chris Wolston, a New York-based artist whose work explores the material vernacular of the modern day and the fetishization of process.
