Mishel Mikail is Managing Partner of Crest Holdings, where he has shaped the firm's growth into a dynamic real estate investment and development platform. Under his direction, Crest has evolved into a vertically integrated company focused on value creation through strategic acquisitions, development, and asset repositioning.

With more than 25 years in real estate, Mishel has led the sourcing, execution, and management of over $350 million in transactions and overseen development and renovation of more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial property, spanning entitlement, construction, asset management, and disposition.

Mishel is also founder and CEO of Studio-AT and Wired Designs, an international lighting design and manufacturing company providing luxury lighting solutions to the hospitality industry. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from USC and has been a YPO member since 2012.
