With more than 20 years of combined experience, from Michelin kitchens to a Mad Max-inspired food truck on the streets of LA, Chef Macks Collins and Chef Bryan Kidwell put a whimsical spin on the traditional fine dining template with influences ranging from the southeastern seaboard to the far Asian seas. Inspired by their time living and cooking in New York’s notorious SoHo neighborhood, where they first met, Chef Collins and Chef Kidwell bring focused execution and an artistic viewpoint to Piccalilli, where they have created a gathering space for the bold, the multicultural and the art-loving.
Open Monday through Saturday, Piccalilli offers a daily happy hour from 4:30p.m. – 6:00p.m., dinner service from 6:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. and late-night specials from 11:00p.m. - 2:00a.m.
